Returns and Refund Policy

Like everything we do, our returns and refunds policy is easy, fair and straight forward. Our experience is that, although we offer generous return terms, our customers very rarely avail of it. We strictly adhere to and exceed the conditions prescribed by the Australian Consumer Rights.

 

Cooling Off Period

If you purchased goods from us online, you are entitled to a cooling-off period of 14 days, which begins on the day that you received the goods. This is your legal right and we will fully respect that right. Please see the Returns section below for how to proceed. In the case of custom products made to specific size and requirements we do not offer a return or refund. 

 

Faulty Goods

We offer you a one year hardware warranty on all our products.

We have gone to a lot of trouble to source products from great manufacturers with rigorous testing procedures. But to err is human and we realise that faults can happen from time to time. If your product is faulty you should notify us immediately at g2mediasigns@gmail.com and we will arrange to have your product serviced or replaced.

We will check the product to verify the fault and then provide a replacement, exchange or refund as appropriate.

If we can find no fault and if the product is working as expected, then we will contact you and do everything we can to try to find a solution. In this situation we will re-ship the product back at the customer’s cost otherwise it will be destroyed after 60 days.

 

Delivery

We ship world wide with next day shipping when ordered before 2pm.
 

 

Privacy Policy

We treat your privacy and the security of your personal information with the greatest respect. We will NEVER disclose your information to third parties.
Any information collected by us is stored in a secure and confidential manner and will not be disclosed, sold, reused, rented or loaned.

In order to provide you with the best shopping experience possible we need to gather certain pieces of information from you. We ask for your e-mail address and password when you register on the site. We use your email address to keep you informed of the progress of your order. The only other occasion we will use your e-mail address is, with your permission, to send you from time to time information on products and special offers. You will have the option to opt out of receiving our email newsletter at any time. All Credit Card payments entered by our customers are transmitted over a secure (SSL) link using 128-bit encryption at our payment processor. This means we will never directly access or keep records of your Credit Card details.
